DownShift Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy governs purchases made from www.throttlendollars.com (“DownShift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. Final Sale & No-Return Items

All sales are final, except where a return is explicitly approved by DownShift in writing.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Limited drops or pre-orders
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered

2. Return Eligibility

If a return is approved, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original tags, packaging, and labels intact

Free of damage, odors, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

3. Return Request & Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

To request a return, contact DownShift Support at downshiftmngt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance; DownShift is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items sold as pre-orders or limited-release drops are final sale.

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

Pre-orders or limited-release items cannot be canceled or refunded due to delays.

7. Exchanges

At this time, DownShift does not offer exchanges. Customers must submit a return request and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact DownShift Support within 7 days of delivery.

Provide a description and photos of the issue.

We will review the case and may issue a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
