DownShift Shipping Terms

These Shipping Terms govern all orders placed on www.throttlendollars.com (“DownShift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom items, pre-orders, and limited-release drops may require additional processing time.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit

DownShift ships via carrier services selected at checkout (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

DownShift is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs inspections, or other events outside our control.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

DownShift is not responsible for lost or misrouted packages due to incorrect addresses.

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once tracking shows a package as “delivered,” DownShift is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance where available.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must notify DownShift within 7 days of delivery with photos for evaluation.

5. International Orders

Shipping times for international orders may be longer than domestic shipments due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items sold as pre-orders or limited drops have estimated shipping dates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays in shipment do not entitle the customer to refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Pre-orders and limited-release drops are final sale.

7. Shipping Insurance & Risk of Loss

All items are shipped at the customer’s risk.

DownShift strongly encourages customers to purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage.

DownShift assumes no liability for packages lost or damaged in transit.
